These terms describe responsible access to Norexa and its public-source research tools.
Responsible use
Use Norexa only for lawful research on public information and services you are authorized to investigate. Do not use the service to harass, threaten, impersonate, expose private information, bypass access controls, or facilitate harm.
You are responsible for evaluating applicable laws, provider terms, and the rights of people whose public information you review.
Research results
Norexa queries public sources and authorized provider APIs. Coverage can be incomplete, delayed, approximate, or unavailable. Results are leads for independent verification, not proof of identity, compromise, ownership, or wrongdoing.
Do not treat an automated result as the sole basis for a consequential decision about a person or organization.
Accounts and security
Keep your sign-in credentials private and maintain access to your verified email. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Norexa may restrict access when an account is used in violation of these terms or to protect the service and other people.
Plans and access
Plan features and access periods are shown in the application. Redeem codes apply the plan and duration recorded by Norexa when the code is accepted. A plan label is not a payment receipt; payment and billing terms must be confirmed through the channel that issued the plan.
Availability and contact
